Its been over 22 years since Master T hung up his VJ mic and left with a memorable Block party that featured Lauryn Hill, Maestro Fresh Wes, Michee Mee, Kardinal Offishal and a host of other celebrities and performers wishing T all the best in his post Much endeavours. Over the years T didn't realize how much memorabilia he kept from his 12 years on the air at Muchmusic. He smirks “I think in the reality TV world... they’d call it hoarding lol...it wasn't that bad”. His wife Paula recognized after the basement was becoming filled with boxes of Master T’s travels and the music industry promotional materials from the 90’s, there was something in many of those boxes for people to experience, reminisce on, learn from, delight in. Several ideas were tossed around to feature some of T’s treasures. A community centre, a storefront to showcase and house the memorabilia or maybe even donating to an appropriate facility. It was decided then that an exhibit that could possibly travel to various cities across the country may best facilitate the interest in the memorabilia that would feature... T’s keyboard sampler Roxy, diamond, platinum, gold plaques from dance mix record sales, hip hop clothing from the 90’s, numerous magazine and print articles on T’s career, backstage passes and concert tickets, various videos of the many interviews that T conducted with international artists, record labels promotional items...including clothing, promo and giveaway items, photos with celebrities and awards that T was presented with throughout his career. Be prepared to experience it all over again at T's Memorabilia Tour with television sets from the 90's and VCRs pumping old shows of "X-Tendamix", "DaMix", "In Da Rounds" and "Intimate and Interactive's". You'll feel the vibes as Master T gets all the 411 on some of the greatest artists in the world.
